Terms of Service

The service

SIRJ ROI is a subscription platform that connects the tools your business runs and assembles revenue-attribution dashboards. We provide the software; you are responsible for the accounts you connect and the people you invite.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to access, and you confirm you have the right to grant us read access to the data in them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other tenants' data, disrupting the platform, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate the terms of any connected provider (such as the Google Ads API terms) or any applicable law.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis at the rate shown at signup. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges, and access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you connect and create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — reading connected accounts, computing your dashboards, and delivering the reports you enable. We handle that data as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can export or delete it at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve, or change features over time, and we may update these terms; when we make material changes, we will update the date above.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." SIRJ ROI computes figures from the data your connected sources return; while every figure is traceable to its source records, you are responsible for verifying numbers before relying on them for business decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. On termination, you may export your data, after which it is subject to deletion under our retention practices.
